Covestro is a leading producer of advanced and high-performance polymers in India and around the world. Its innovative developments in polyurethanes, polycarbonates, coating, adhesive, and specialty raw materials enhance products in a wide variety of markets.

Covestro India's Noida office had planned a huge recreation centre for its employees. It tied up with Happy Spaces to develop this recreation centre, a place for dance, gym, yoga, and fitness, into a symbolic expression of the company's care for its employees. Happy Spaces added life in the recreation centre through different artwork which in a way promoted the idea of work-life balance.

The Artwork of "Living Lines"

The style used in the artwork all over the recreation centre is the signature style of renowned painter Ashok Hinge, and it is called "Living Lines". We tied up with him for the transformation of the recreation centre. Through this artwork, different aspects such as life, fitness and health were portrayed.

Colouring the Graffiti - Employee Engagement Activity

On a huge wall, we created graffiti, displaying the Covestro India's applications of their products and how they were touching our varied phases of lives. We asked the employees to colour this graffiti in different colours and by engaging them in this manner, we brought a sense of ownership in them towards the company and created a positive brand identity.
