Zydus Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company is an innovation-led healthcare provider that discovers, manufactures and markets a broad range of healthcare therapies in India.

Due to the ever-growing nature of the organization, a new corporate office building was planned in Mumbai. It shifted a decent number of employees from its Ahmedabad headquarters to Mumbai. And also new employees joined this new office from recently acquired entity German Remedies. Zydus Healthcare joined hands with Happy Spaces to add a dash of creativity in this new workplace.

Feeling the Colours by Filling the Colours - Employee Engagement Activity


After bringing together such a large amount of people to a fast-paced city there was a need to create a sense of ownership among them. We illustrated the wall showcasing how Zydus Healthcare is touching people's lives and also through some artworks we displayed the Spirit of Mumbai. More than 300 employees and their family members participated in the colouring activity to create the Master-art in the cafeteria area.
