As Covestro is a leading producer of polyurethanes, polycarbonates, coating and adhesive, we created artifacts from the same raw materials, representing their varied applications.

Co-creation of Master-art - Employee Engagement Activity

To add awesomeness in this branding project, we engaged 80+ employees in the branding process. We provided them with huge empty wall, colours and art materials, and freedom to explore their creativity. After pouring their hearts out with splash of creativity in the empty wall, the master-art was finally given meaning by professional artists. And no doubt this whole activity created a sense of belonging among the employees for their workplace, symbolizing the work-life balance the organization supports.
